You do not get any built in programmes but you can still control the bike through the manual setting but to get the full performance of the bike you will have to pay for iFit after the introductory first months free membership. The steel frame is durable and sturdy and will take a maximum user weight of 25 stone. The 11kg flywheel provides a smooth pedalling action throughout all its 26 resistance levels. The oversize seat has horizontal adjustment and a mesh back support that keeps you cooler than a solid back pad. In the side handle bars are buttons that control volume and resistance.
