Supporting Small Businesses: Training Day

1 April 2020

Our latest small business we would like to support is Training Day based in Fraserburgh. With gyms closing due to COVID-19, this has been a particularly difficult time for many personal trainers. We spoke to Marc who has recently launched Training Day. He has worked hard to adapt his business quickly with his new online training platform.

Here’s What He Had To Say:

With the recent pandemic, my coaching has come to a halt. I have been in the process of transitioning all coaching clients to online and altering their workouts to be done at home. With the isolation period starting to settle in, I made the easy decision to focus all my time on constantly uploading more and more content to Training Day so that users at home can train, learn and progress through their membership.

Training Day is a membership-based platform which allows unlimited access to everything you need on any fitness journey. A membership will provide you with a gym programme that suits you, 60+ home workouts with more added every day, a menu of delicious recipes, video tutorials of exercises and coaching segments, articles to read through to educate you on fitness and nutrition and much more!

Training Day is a place I have integrated all my careers knowledge and experience in to. I begun the production of the website over a year ago, and finally launched it back in February. My bread and butter has always been coaching 1 to 1 sessions, but with limited time and availability I wanted to put all my knowledge, guidance and support on to one easy to access membership.

How Can You Support Training Day?

Memberships are priced at only £9.99, and there are no membership fees or commitment. During this time of lockdown and isolation, it is definitely worth signing up for! You can visit the website for more info.
